Your first hour in Sword Hunter

Sword Hunter dropped on Roblox on July 31, 2026 as a free incremental simulator from Blade Evolution Tycoon. You start with a LV.1 stick on tropical islands, hunt monsters for loot, convert that loot to cash, and merge at your base. Pets hatch from eggs or get caught in the world. Swords keep collecting while you are offline. This page is the first-hour plan so you do not spend that cash on the wrong blade or walk past a catch prompt you never noticed.

Servers hold 12 players. Friends can join the same world and farm beside you. You do not need Robux to finish this hour. Codes, the stick, and one merge are enough to leave the tutorial feeling behind you.

Minute zero: join and look around

Join from the Roblox game page and land on the starting islands. Note four things before you swing:

• Your current sword (the stick until you merge).
• The path back to base, because merges happen there, not in the grass.
• Nearby monster packs you can actually hit.
• Any wolf, fox, slime, or bird that shows a catch prompt.

If a friend is already in the server, stay near them for the first farm so you are not splitting loot routes. If you are solo, pick one beach or jungle edge and commit. Wandering every island with a stick wastes the hour.

First stop: redeem codes

Open the in-game Store, scroll to the bottom text box, paste a code, and press Redeem. Do this before you merge. Live lists change; this walkthrough does not copy the table. Typical first-hour rewards from codes are cash, luck, eggs, or a free sword. A Fox Egg belongs in this hour if one is live. Redeem everything that still works, then close the Store so you are not staring at gamepasses while packs despawn.

Learn E, R, and F before you farm hard

Three keys run the whole game:

• E Attack, or Catch when a pet prompt is up. Official art labels E Catch on a blue wolf.
• R Toggle Auto Attack. Leave it on while you walk packs. Turn it off when you want to catch.
• F Select Sword. After a merge, press F so you are not still swinging the stick.

On mobile, those actions sit on on-screen buttons with the same labels. Do not mash Attack while a Catch prompt is visible. The controls guide is the deep dive; you only need the three keys to finish this hour.

First farm: stick versus nearby monsters

Walk to the nearest pack you can actually damage. Turn auto-attack on with R and stay inside the pack instead of chasing stragglers across the beach. Loot drops, you convert it to cash, and that cash is what merges cost. The monster farm guide covers moving packs and the giant red gorilla boss; ignore the boss until you have a merged blade.

A good first farm is boring on purpose. You want a pile of cash, not a screenshot next to a gorilla. If a pack takes forever, you are on the wrong island for a stick. Back up to weaker monsters rather than standing in a volcano with a twig.

First merge: spend at base, not in the shop at random

When cash looks enough to leave the stick behind, return to base and merge. The visible ladder in Sword Hunter runs LV.1 stick to steel or gold blades, then a cave gem sword, rainbow crystal LV.999, and later the huge blue Rank 999 sword. Your first merge is the first rung, not Rank 999.

Merge beats buying a random extra stick. After the merge, press F so the new blade is selected, then go back out. For this hour, one upgrade off the stick is the win.

First pet: hatch or catch, then keep moving

If a code gave you a Fox Egg, hatch it. Orange foxes come from that egg. Rainbow Eggs belong in the same pass if you have one. In the world, look for catch prompts on wolves and other pets. Press E to catch, not to keep swinging. Blue wolves are the tutorial-looking catch; rainbow wolves, slimes, gorillas, and birds show up as you roam. The phoenix is a 0.01% hunt, not an hour-one goal.

Park before you log off

Swords collect loot while you are offline. Before you leave, stand your merged blade where it can work, not on a dead merge screen. The offline loot guide explains what to upgrade first so the pile you return to funds the next merge instead of sitting unused.

First-hour checklist

• Redeem every live code from the codes list.
• Hit monsters with auto-attack on, Catch off until a pet prompt appears.
• Merge the stick once at base and press F.
• Hatch a Fox Egg or catch a wolf.
• Park the new sword before you quit.

When that hour ends you should have a merged blade, a pet walking with you, and a reason to come back: offline loot ticking while you are away. The early-game hunter plan is the next reading if you want a longer ramp than a single session.
